All that piece or parcel land being Parcel #66, Pomona Village, Stann Creek District; compromising of a total area of 722.193 square meters together with all buildings and erections thereon being a flat timber building with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a laundry room are with external dimensions 24 feet by 33 feet plus a back addition of approximately 14 feet by 25 feet. There is a 6 feet wide by 33 feet long verandah along the northern side of the building and wraps around the western side for a distance of approximately 4 feet by 13 feet. Attached to the verandah is a covered carport with dimensions of approximately 12 feet by 25 feet.
